In mid-2016 I was hired for a full-time position at Corcoran Real Estate Group. Every year they release a 100+ page book they call the Properties For Living. In it there are hundreds of property listings from all of Corcoran's markets; Manhattan, Brooklyn, South Florida, and the East End of Long Island. As well as developments from Corcoran Sunshine, and international listings from John Taylor.
The creative director tasked myself and another designer to come up with a new, updated design, size, and layout for the book. We all agreed on a larger sized book, that had a more web design look to the listings.
