Every year they release a 100+ page book they call the Properties For Living. In it there are hundreds of property listings from all of Corcoran's markets; Manhattan, Brooklyn, South Florida, and the East End of Long Island. As well as developments from Corcoran Sunshine, and international listings from John Taylor.
The creative director tasked myself and our senior designer to come up with a new design and layout for the book.
